The PIVOT Institute is an educational and coaching department dedicated to providing excellence in training for Human Resources Directors, hiring managers, and individuals seeking their own professional development. The institute firmly believes in using a trauma informed, person centered, and recovery-oriented lens to enhance employee engagement and compliance, to foster community, to forge relationships, to increase trust and transparency, and to retain high performing employees.

The PIVOT Passion Pathway offers groups, teams, departments, and individuals’ new ways to identify opportunities and potential roadblocks to meeting their strategic and professional goals. Individual and Group coaching is offered with an eye toward building or re-establishing foundational integrity, engaging in collaborative goal setting, and leveraging strengths for increased performance and job satisfaction. 1:1 coaching is also offered regarding promotion preparation.

The PIVOT Inspiration Pathway is designed for supervisors who want to enhance their existing skills and take their skills to the next level. Often individuals become supervisors due to attrition and do not have the skills necessary to lead.
This pathway is designed for supervisors who are new to the role and/or who are dealing with tension and conflict within their teams, as well as for those who need to upskill their teams to meet oncoming strategic goals.
Using the PIVOT model, this pathway handles change management in a two-fold way: coaching the supervisor 1:1 and providing coaching for parties in conflict (dyads and small groups)
